Ordering Policy: We try our best to fulfill every order on a timely basis. However, every item we carry is not always instock. Most items are by 'Special Order'. Therefore, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Instock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Please inquire prior to placing your order if the item is instock or include your wear date in the comments box when completing your billing information. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by phone. Please be sure to include a valid and working daytime telephone number.

If you are in a hurry and need your Special Occasion item right away please call us! We have lots instock and will be glad to help you.
Since most items are by 'Special Order' your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
Cancelled Orders are Subject to a 15% Restocking fee on the entire total of your order.

Return Policy: Due to the delicate nature of Special Occasion items we will only accept returns on an exchange only basis. If you wish you may also opt for an INSTORE credit. Instore credits may only be used on merchandise at our online store. Instore credits are NOT applied to your credit card. We will issue you a voucher for the value of your instore credit that you can apply to your shopping basket. Instore credits are good for up to one year and may only be used once by the original purchaser. If your item requires an exchange or instore credit please return the item in the condition in which it was received, with all tags still intact, on hanger, and in plastic. All dresses, tuxedo's, suits, outfits, etc. MUST be returned in a suitable BOX. Any garment received in other packaging will be returned to sender. Item should be wrapped carefully back in the plastic as it was sent to you. Please do not stuff dresses, tuxedo's, suits, etc into packing envelopes. Doing so will damage the garment. Any item not returned in proper packaging will be returned to sender. All returns must be received back to us within 6 calender days from the time you receive it.

By Returning any item the buyer agree's to pay all shipping costs involved. Shipping/Handling Costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any item being returned that does not follow the above policy.
